why dustless blasting
The Dustless Blaster works by mixing water and abrasive inside the blast tank. By introducing water we're drastically increasing mass and energy the machine is putting out, while eliminating dust. Imagine throwing a handful of dry sand, versus throwing a handful of wet sand; which one is going to have a more significant impact on the target? Not only will the wet sand hit the target harder, but it won't disintegrate and become a cloud of dust like the dry sand will. This is the very simple principle behind Dustless Blasting.
By mixing water, eco-friendly abrasive, & a rust inhibitor together in the blast pot you have the most powerful tool in the industry for stripping paint, rust, or mil scale. It creates a surface ready for any paint to be applied. The blasted surface & rust inhibitor is approved by all the major paint manufactures & will prevent rust for up to 72 hours. The abrasive is California Resources Board Approved. Also recognized by the EPA as Eco-Friendly Safe for all substrates - Sheet Metal, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Fiberglass, Wood, Masonry or Concrete.
The Dustless Blaster is the fastest, most cost effective surface preparation tool there is. The Dustless Blaster can remove virtually any type of coating from any material very quickly and without creating heat or a dust plume.
